We take projects from start to finish – from project design and cost estimates all the way to the final report.

We don’t try to convince you that we are a group of a dozen people. Bill Fanning does project design, all the moderating, and writes his own reports and presentations. Gretchen White sets up the projects and handles field management. They work together on screeners. It’s pretty simple.

For certain projects such as qual/quant combos or ethnographies, we have partners with whom we’ve worked who would be brought in. But everything still goes through BF Communications.
